" 'The human body seeks harmony, too, scientific studies show. “If we accept that sound is vibration, and we know that vibration touches every part of our physical being, then we understand that sound is “heard” not only through our ears but through every cell in our body,” writes Mitchell L Gaynor, M.D., who reminds us that the human body is 90 percent water-the perfect medium for carrying sound."
There are many ways to raise your Qi I.Q. First let's spend a moment understanding Qi. You are born with pre-natal Qi that is stored in your Kidney meridian. This life-force is from your ancestral genetic line and is designed to give you a long steady stream of life-force for your entire life. Environmental toxins, everyday stressors and trauma rob your storehouse of pre-natal Qi. This is your long-term 401K for life! You don't want to spend too much of that Qi!
The other forms of Qi come from food, air, water, sunlight, exercise and practices that cultivate Qi: meditation, Tai Chi/QiGong and Sound therapy. It is vitally important that you eat organic food, drink clean water, breathe fresh air, absorb sunlight and practice some form of Qi cultivation.
This is where I come in. I help you cultivate the practice of Sound therapy to raise your body's Qi I.Q. Receiving regular sound therapy sessions is a great way to cultivate your Qi. Having your own set of tuning forks and a Tibetan Singing bowl is my most recommended way to build your Qi. Why? Because you can use them daily on yourself as well as on the food you eat and treating your loved ones. How awesome is that?
According to Rosemarie Hernandez, whose ocular melanoma is in remission, explains the effect these biweekly [sound] sessions have on her: “Ever since I started to use the bowls as meditation, I am much more rooted in the present. I’ve learned to savor each day.”
